Nex Arena is a sports facility management and booking platform that enables users to discover venues, book courts and sports facilities, participate in sporting activities, and access related services offered by venue partners.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Users below 18 years may access the platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account.
• Notify Nex Arena immediately of unauthorized account access.

Nex Arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Booking Services

All bookings are subject to venue availability.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from Nex Arena.

Venue operators may impose additional venue-specific rules that users must comply with.

Users are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for their booked slots.

6. Venue Rules

Users must comply with all venue policies displayed during booking or at the venue. Venue policies may include restrictions related to:

• Food and beverages
• Smoking and alcohol consumption
• Noise levels and behavior
• Coaching activities
• Tournament hosting
• Dress codes
• Equipment usage

Violation of venue policies may result in removal from the premises without refund.

7. Payments

All payments must be completed using approved payment methods available on the platform.

Prices displayed may include applicable taxes, convenience fees, and service charges.

Nex Arena reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the platform.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful activities.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Damage venue property.
• Use offensive language or conduct.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

Nex Arena reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users engaging in misconduct.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, designs, content, and materials available on Nex Arena are the exclusive property of Nex Arena or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

Nex Arena may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, venue partners, coaching providers, and event organizers.

Nex Arena shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

Participation in sports activities involves inherent physical risks including but not limited to injury, accident, or medical emergency.

By using Nex Arena to book and access sports facilities, users expressly acknowledge these risks and agree to participate entirely at their own risk. Nex Arena shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any personal injury, bodily harm, or health-related consequences arising from participation in any sporting or physical activity booked through the platform.

Nex Arena shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or bodily harm
• Property damage
• Theft or loss of belongings
• Venue-related disputes
• Indirect or consequential losses

13. Service Availability

Nex Arena does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

14. Termination

Nex Arena may suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion.

If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before approaching a court of law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
