Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear rules for cancellations, refunds, weather disruptions, and how Nex Arena handles each scenario.

1. Booking Cancellation by Users

Users may cancel bookings through the Nex Arena platform, subject to venue-specific cancellation rules.

Where venue-specific policies exist, those policies shall take precedence.

2. User Cancellation Refund Eligibility

  • More than 24 hours before slot: Eligible for up to 100% refund, subject to venue policy.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours before slot: Eligible for partial refund as determined by venue policy.
  • Less than 12 hours before slot: Generally not eligible for refund.
  • No-show bookings: No refund shall be provided. Additionally, the customer shall be liable to pay any outstanding balance amount for the booked slot.

3. Venue Cancellation

If a venue cancels a confirmed booking due to operational reasons, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, users may be eligible for:

  • Full refund, or
  • Alternative booking slot, subject to availability within the same calendar month.

4. Failed Transactions

If payment is successfully deducted but booking confirmation is not generated:

  • The transaction will be investigated.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Rain & Weather Disruptions

Outdoor court bookings may be affected by rain or severe weather conditions. The following terms apply:

  • If a booking is cancelled by the venue prior to the slot due to confirmed rain or severe weather, users will be eligible for a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled slot, subject to availability.
  • If play is disrupted mid-session due to weather conditions, a partial refund may be considered on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the slot, subject to venue discretion and supporting evidence.
  • No refund will be provided if weather conditions improve and the user chooses not to resume play.
  • Light drizzle or intermittent weather that does not prevent play shall not qualify as a weather disruption for refund purposes.
  • Users are encouraged to check weather forecasts prior to bookings. Nex Arena is not responsible for weather-related inconveniences where the venue remains operational.

All weather disruption refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the affected booking slot through the Nex Arena support channel.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on banking partners and payment gateways.

7. Processing Charges

Certain payment gateway or processing charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

8. Abuse of Refund Requests

Nex Arena reserves the right to reject refund requests that are fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.

9. Final Decision

Refund decisions made by Nex Arena and venue management after review shall be final and binding.
